Vineacle was the leader of the hero group known as The Forces of Nature. However, Burger forced his entire team to turn corrupted or he would kill them, turning Tsuru-koe into the deadly Vineacle.
Vineacle's abilities allows him to create dangerous vines, as well as being able to regenerate limbs.
