I have never personally enjoyed scented items. Especially candles. Good for the first 3 minutes, then they just invade the room. Also, they're supposed to smell like apples (example) but it smells like fire but sweeter. Not apples.

SCENTED. PENCILS. SLASH. MARKERS. DISGUSTING. WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. HECK. Why do people like these disgusting items? They are just bad versions of pencils and markers. WORSE THAN WOODEN PENCILS. AND IF YOU'VE SEEN THE 2ND POINTLESS RANT, YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I DESPISE OF THOSE THINGS. IF YOU OWN SCENTED MARKERS OR PENCILS, THROW THEM OUT. ACTUALLY- PENCILS ARE FINE (still please, throw it out), JUST THROW AWAY THE MARKERS BECAUSE EW. I SMELT A POPCORN ONE BEFORE AND IT SMELT LIKE DOG POOP. I SMELT A CHERRY ONE AND I- ... well it smelt somewhat nice.... BUT. 90% OF THOSE SMELL BAD. JUST BAD. AND WHY WOULD YOU SCENT A MARKER OR PENCIL BY THE WAY?

Okay, but seriously. Nobody walks up to a drawing thinks, "Hm! I think this will be scented! Let me take a sniff!" NOBODY DOES THIS! IF YOU DO THIS, I'M SORRY (or not you never know with these things) BUT YOU'RE WEIRD.

THE ONLY SCENT THAT IS UNIVERSALLY GOOD IS MINT. FIGHT ME.

Candles are nice until they fill my room and I have trouble breathing :D (uh but yeah i like scented pencils until they smell like burnt oranges, which happens pretty quickly)

Scents from stuff like pencil and marker eventually wear off and then smell like sharpies or pen ink, ew. Who in the world even smells these before claiming the pens smell like popcorn, cherry, vanilla, etc? Even if the ""vanilla"" scent is supposed to smell like vanilla ice cream, that's just false advertising and regular vanilla doesn't really smell good...

ALSO MINT...? ITS GOOD BUT BURNS MY NOSTRILLS? IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE COOKIES, CHOCOLATE, OR COFFEE

I HAVE A DRAWER FULL OF SCENTED OILS AND CANDLES FIGHT ME THEY ARE WONDERFUL CUZ OF THE VARIETY but yeh after a while they start getting in your head

I agree with weasel. Mints are the only good thing to smell.

Candles are cool but only if they smell good.

I can only accept orange scented markers or this one highlighter I got at a book fair in 2nd grade that was a blueberry pie scent. It had two other scents in 1, and it was green apple pie and cherry pie. The cherry pie smelled like nothing, but the apple one smelled like cleaning spray.
