Foxes are relatives of dogs, wolves, coyotes, and other canines. However, they are not one of these animals. They share some close family connections but are not the same thing. Are they closely related? Yes! But are they the same animal? No. The difference IS small but still present.

I'm not trying to be rude and trying to argue, but I don't like foxes being called dogs, sorry
