killers bell SCP-2478

_The killers bell/2478 is very bad. SCP-2478 will usually appear out of nowhere and you will think you bought it from a store but once you see it you must call SCP foundation to confiscate it or else you will have the sudden urge to touch it. Once you touch it you will hear over 300dB. that's way over to kill you. there is a 1% chance that SCP-2478 wont make sound but give you your only wish in life in your mind

but once you see it again you will have a 100% chance to die. So please don't touch this bell once found instead call the SCP foundation.

So far the SCP foundation has collected 63 bells over they began appearing but there is no explanation why it's making this sound. They need to wear special headphones and gear to withstand the vibrating.
