So cool man reviews: The steam dragon express

Written by Merryweather, an artist and writer I have a mild disliking of because of his ability to make series and then seal them in the void of unfinished works.

and illustrated by Porforever, if I remember, first work I've seen of em.

anyways this series originally came out like in late 2017?

First here's my rating: 8/10

The story is structured with the students taking classes and visiting locations, what is the school? the renowned steam dragon express, a school on a big flying train, really big. anyways in the midst of this the empire casually falls to cultist and yeah. throughout the story we learn about our protagonist who overcomes her anxiety, and other characters who have their own story. or are just there for chapter 1 and only appear for the class scenes and the last chapter, still a class scene. anyways they deal with trauma, expectations, and yada yada. how does it end? hell if I know s1 ended just when all that stuff i said went down, and when the real stuff was gonna start.

this would have been a genuine 10/10 or more if it at least had another season. oh right s1 has 105 chapters that are pretty short, and ended around 2018, it has been a long time since then. and now I have been cursed to wait.

anyways I left out a ton of stuff, I really didn't do it justice, go read it, you can on webtoon or whatever. the whole series is free, and there's no ads.
