guys, explain to me why we are saying "larping" when you are sitting at a computer. we, or no one, are not live action role playing. we are literally online. who was the bozo who decided to use a term in the incorrect way?

How does one larp online? that's just role play in general.

to even suggest that a 8 year old with John modulo Kaisen as his profile picture, is larping, is a insult to larping, because, unlike them, they actually go outside and wear costumes, have buddies, and touch grass.

Larping doesnt just mean role playing, it actually means faking something you’re not. So if someone had that pfp, you could argue they’re larping being John modulo kaisen. Larping can also mean being a fake fan.

take proto for example hes larping as tung tung sahur because hes got no friends and gets his lunch money stolen everyday

larping just means poser/posing and it’s just used to get a reaction outta ppl
