To be completely honest, I came up with Chroma on a random day last year but I never implemented him until the Outernet side story

Also, Chroma is TECHNICALLY a pacifist, but he doesn't hold himself to that role that much.

He doesn't kill tho, he doesn't allow himself to kill.
