Depends how far. Sprinting I can go like 3 minutes going 18. Sprinting 5 minutes 16mph. And I can just jog for like 20 minutes at 13.

Im probably the slowest guy here, in order to actually run good I'd need to walk for 5 minutes sprint for 5 minutes, drink water and catch my breath for 5 minutes, and then I can run at probably the average for my age.
