The Animator

it started with watching his animations, then i searched up "the animator" (i had no idea of this sites existence so idk why i decided to type that exact thing) and it was the first thing that appeared

i was introduced to the old version of the site (people from like 5 or 6 years ago will know what i mean) where you could basically only draw with a set amount of colors and make frames (no layers, moving nothing or even saving frames everything just had to be made manually)

i spent all night making my first animation and was proud of it (even though it was horrible) and then i became addicted to animating and started making alanbecker style animations

we used to communicate with each other through animations because comments, reactions or threads didnt exist yet

then i had an edgy phase and grew out of it a couple years ago

i was like 9 when the larping began

worst part about that site was that if the page refreshed in any way the animation was gone so youd basically have to complete a whole animation in a single day
