project outernet wasnt meant to have a 2nd chapter, it was meant to just be a short parallel universe one-off comic and whatever occurred after was entirely up to the viewer to speculate

but then a part 2 was expected (seems like i didnt properly communicate my intentions) and i was like "oh well how far can i get with this"

not saying its cancelled or nothing im just saying how this was going to be thrown away instantly and thats no longer the case due to my horrible communication skills
