I understand that I just feel like sometimes people treat him as this godlike figure. If we have problems with certain animators, can't we just all come together to deal with them. Instead of just waiting for Dan.

I get what you mean but, not without proper moderation we can't deal with someone (maybe but depends on what) especially if they are a major troll.

I definitely think proper mediation is needed. Maybe when Dan does come back, we can ask him to have mods or smth. Just people who can watch over TA and deal with rule breakers while he's not here.

It’s not just a matter of moderation but it’s also a matter of events. For example, it’s kinda before your time, but Dan can create competitions to make animators compete for fun. Because of how TA is, we need more events and updates to keep the site alive. The only reason this site manages to stay up is because the community entertains each other. But, it would be a massively fun experience if everyone here got in an animating competition every 2-3 weeks or so, right? We want him back to commence stuff like these
