if you have a friend who is talking about suicide or harming themselves please please please call 988 or 911 or tell any trusted adult in your life- I cannot stress this enough: the consequence of the not speaking up will forever be greater than the fear of what will happen if you do. you never know when someones joke is a cry for help.
