Tai Lung, Kid Rock Lee has better speed feats but Tai Lung takes for better strength, precision, durability and skill, mainly cause Tai Lung has mastered all 1000 scrolls of Kung Fu, Tai Lung has better durability, being able to hold 2 boulders for 20 years straight, and could hit the pressure points on all of the furious 5 to paralyze them
