What speed do y'all use for your animations I switch mine up but I've never found a perfectly smooth transition.

100 ms but it can change on occasion for certain stuff

Usually, like 100-200 for normal frames, 1-50 for impact/smear frames, and around 2000 for frames that have words you need to read
