basically just stare at anime for 6 hours straight. that's how I learned

I'll list mah tips

frame size can improve quality. I use 1000 width 800 height

if your frame to fast add more frames. ( I should take my advice here )

use layers

impact frames are not scribbles so design them with shape of the attack character and his surrounding in mind

you could watch 12 principles of animation by alan becker, its pretty useful
