frame rates should mainly consist of 50 or 80 for movements and everything impact frames should be 25 frames or lower depending how much impact frames are displayed. i do 2-3.

biggest flaw i see in animations on this site are the pacing. most fights are really fast with almost no pause and you can barely even make out whats actually going on (im prob guilty of this as well), and also the choreography being weird. apart from that i personally just watched animators and analyzed their style

oh and cinematic turning zoomy scenes make the fight cool and can draw the anim out longer
