I dont animate as much as i used to, but if you want those smooth like slowing down movements, try halving the tween frames, just keep 50 percenting it, until it gets so close to the next frame, and more frames equals smoother (if you do it right)

he uses 4 frames every keyframe with the ms at 50

(i got this info from an old burnincat comment correct me if im wrong)
