Can someone please explain how the living hell I use tween bot.

The "num frames" option is how many frames the tween lasts, left/right pixels is how many pixels to the left or right you want to move, to move right you do a number like 50, to move left you do -50.

i think the move tool is better than the tweenbot's move layer
