i say friends, but i'm really only referring to one of my friends. the same friend i usually talk about. this one friend is just a wonderful person, omg. we'll call her fall because yeah and also don't want to type "this friend" so many times

anyways, background stuff: i've been super stressed out over nothing pretty recently, and fall is like the main person i tell this to. that's the background. anyways, fall went to therapy the other day she made a stress bottle (don't know how to explain it but it's like water, glitter, and other things i think, someone else can probably explain it better) for herself. she also knew that i've been a little stressed lately and made one for me out of the kindness of her heart. i didn't even have to ask her for one, she just made me one. so i'm thanking her once again for the second time in 2 or 3 threads i'm not sure.

usually stress jars are either jars filled with sheets of paper that has something thats bothering you on it OR its just a pretty jar full of things like weasel said, such as sand, glitter, water

if you google stress jarthe one that comes up is the glitter jar tho

i confused
