I have two copies of the site running and it's supposed to restart them one at a time so nothing breaks, but maybe that's not guaranteed.

Ah no, checked my logs. It's a problem with the video encoder and the size of your animation. I will look into it.

So it turns out that FFMPEG (the video encoder) needs all widths and heights to be even numbers. It'll refuse to encode anything with odd numbered dimensions.

So firstly, I'm just releasing a fix so that the site will only let you choose even-numbered widths and heights.

Ok - please follow these instructions _exactly_

- create a new animation, any size

- load your problem animation

- save it

I have edited the images in Photoshop to make them 1px wider, so if you load and save them in the editor it should encode next time.
