can we have like private threads? like we can add people to them and no one else but like you are automatically added to the threads? So you can still monitor the thread?

he wouldn't be able to check every thread. And others wouldn't be able to report the bad things if they are said. but, what about it was a thread everyone could see, but not everyone could comment on it? i understand this wouldn't be as private, but we can have bad things being said.

No there won't ever be private threads. This is not a chat tool.

If you're old enough to chat privately, then you have WhatsApp/Email/whatever. I don't have the resources to moderate private threads for safety.
