This has been at a local park of mine for as long as I’ve lived here and I have no idea what it is, the rest of the little spring animals are regular ones like a horse, squirrel, lion, and seahorse

But there’s just this weird yellow head with human teeth, an alligator shaped head and like clown face paint.

So what do y’all think it is cos 💀
