tips for not making noise when you don’t want to:
sneezes: inhale if you feel them coming, then replace the sneeze with an exhale.
cough/tickle in your throat: don’t do anything. Don’t try to clear your throat, or clench your throat muscles (??). It’s kind of like a regular itch, leave it and it’ll hopefully go away.
stomach growls: suck in your stomach. Works better if you’re sitting down, but usually suppresses mild growls. Swallow, drink something, wait until you can eat. In my experience, it’s hard to stop gut or digestion noises, but what can ya do.
burps: basically the same as sneezes.
farts: don’t try to let it out silently, not worth the risk. Keep it in (that sounds really weird ugh).
