i can’t log into sky. ive tried everything that i can to get my account back but it’s just not going to work out. i’ve decided that im going to quit sky for now because i don’t want to restart all of my hard work. im really sorry about all this

jeez, it kinda makes me mad they couldnt even do anything about it, like seriously.

how did you lose it in the first place? cuz i remember a while ago hearing about a ton of people who lost their accounts because they played on certain platforms

i accidentally deleted sky a while ago and i couldn’t sign back in. i was also a signed into a different gamecenter at the time so i forgot the password for it when i tried to sign back in, and when i tried changing the pass, it didn’t work

i asked them if they could figure out a way for one of you guys/them to help me sign in but they said no, even though they said there were ways for you to help me in my last session with them.

WAIT DID YOU SWITCH APPLE IDS OR PHONES BECAUSE WHEN I MADE A NEW APPLE ID IT RESET MINE TO SO TO FIX IT I HAD TO LOG BACK INTO THE OLD ONE, SWITCH IT TO A NEW LINK THING (I did email this time) and then go back to the new apple account and download it again

gamecenter is REALLY unreliable for accounts

i switched Apple IDs but the thing is, i was signed into my GRANDMAS account because i got that phone like three years prior, and I just then got a new Apple ID because there were a lot of glitches regarding the me being on the same acc as my grandma thing.

i tried signing back into her account but it seems like she changed the password and i don’t want to ask her what her new one is, she’ll probably just question me about it.

if i don’t get logged into Sky, i’ve changed my mind-i’m going to try to unlock all the realms, get a piano, and then if you guys want, you can help me unlock all the emotes since i can’t find all the other ones from last/this season. it’ll take a while but i know it’ll be worth it :)

anyways i had the EXACT same thing happen, i was on the one my dad uses so when i switched and sky had to update (they dont let you update apps you got on different apple ids) i had to get him to tell me this code thing and sign back in, it was a pain in the behidn but worth it

ack maybe i can ask her when i visit her again, but in the meantime ill go to all the realms today and eden. hopefully i still know how to do it loll
