So idk if you guys know what a STAR test is but its basically just a reading level test.

My English teacher at the beginning of the year was like "Ok guys, we're gonna start a goal. By the end of March, 100% of people are gonna have a reading level of 8th grade or higher with 0% 7th or under or something like that {i don't actually remember}" If we reach the goal we get a party.

So we do the STAR tests every month and today was the STAR test ok? So I was gone during that class {ew doctors} and I currently have the highest reading level in the class {College level like 13.4 or something idk} AND since I was gone, the percentage hasn't been determined. AND EVERYONE IN THAT CLASS WAS LIKE "MELI, YOU H A V E TO KEEP YOUR SCORE THE SAME OMG STAY WHERE YOU ARE WE NEED THIS PARTY GHRFEJDKW"

so like. no pressure :D

YALL ARE THAT DESPERATE FOR A PARTY???? I did a reading test recently but they haven't said anything. I think they determine what books for you to read by colors (so like, orange books have text larger in size and are a little more simpler compared to purple or black books, which are more complicated)
