Another random question :)
BobAnimationsWhen did you first hear about Covid?
For me it was during school and I was sitting at a table with my friend and a few other girls. I coughed and all the other girls looked at me. I have really bad allergies some times, so I was coughing a lot, around that time. Anyways, my friend jokingly said “Don’t worry, she doesn’t have Covid.”
When I got home that day, on the news they said something about Covid so I was confused what it was. A few weeks later I had learned it was a virus and stuff. Then the ‘two weeks’ off of school thing.
It’s sad that two weeks turned into two years. It feels like the virus had been around forever :(
CookieTheRookie2I learned what it was in Dec 2019 (or maybe Feb 2020 not sure-) that it originated in China. And then later I learned it came here. Then around the beginning of March school shut down.
It sucks.
GOOIEDUCKuh the Xmas of 2020
GOOIEDUCKor no it was the xmas it started
GOOIEDUCKidk time is all blursday
StarryNeptunei heard about it on the news in January of 2020
they were saying that covid was something found in asia and it wasn't a big deal
my asian friend was being bullied for it and i had to explain to them that it wasn't even a big deal and it was racist
then the thing about a cruise ship with people infected with covid was in america and stuff like that
then the 2 weeks thing.
its been 2 years.
luckily, mask mandates have been lifted in my state and students don't have to wear a mask by march 31st, which is really close!
im just a bit mad that my parents were never able to get the time to take me to a pharmacy to get the covid vaccine when i asked for it at the beginning of the school year :/
meehankmeeeI was sitting at the coffe table and watching the news and they were talking about it, so my mum took me out of school and our family just shutdown from interaction.
