Small releases today:

- Revert to an earlier version of the touch/mouse library - hoping it might fix the "can't draw" problems on some devices

- Fix an editor crash when clicking an already active tool tab

- Fix an editor crash when deleting a lower layer whilst on the topmost layer

- Fix Anibot move tool not moving by more than the canvas width

- Improve error logging so I have better visibility of the problems

Oh and nearly forgot

- Fix an editor crash when loading an animation with only one layer

when using tweenbot to move a layer down/up, how do you make it go up instead help
