water cannot be wet as coating water in water will not make it wet but just more water, and the definition for wet is just being coated in a liquid
the definition for dry is basically just not being wet and if water cannot be wet that just means water is technically (this is a large technically like just a large asterisk on the technically) water is technically dry

Tecjincaly aater is onlynwhet if air.touches ut, cuz when ur in the pool, ur bottom part underneath the water is sru and your face is wet
