I'm so decrepit and old, my back hurts so much

I have no idea what I've done to deserve this pain

pain seems to hurt a lot for me. Like getting slapped in the face by my best friend doesnt hurt after 3 seconds, but whenever i push myself into the wall not hard, it horts for a long time
