I was bored and decided to search up whatever came to mind and thought of the medicine I was taking. I found a website about it and basically saw an ad. It's one of those ads where it shows you a list of (suspicious) websites with titles like "Take a personality quiz" "depression test" "are you pregnant quiz" "single women dating over 50" (???).

Anyways, you can just report those ads if you wanted to. You can click the hide ad symbol and say "Other" and it'll show you a text box where you can type whatever reason why you don't like an ad. I felt fancy and typed this:

"It's baiting desperate people to your website filled with viruses and other garbage. Please don't do this and be more honest with your content. It'll be more helpful to say something like "10 ways to help with [x] symptoms " instead of just saying "test for [x]" when it's something that should be treated and diagnosed professionally, like mental problems such as depression and stomach problems such as H. Pylori. When you're more honest and not bait-y, you might actually attract more people (because who actually clicks on these crappy ads) and genuinely help them after they click on and off the site. YOU can be one of the few advertisers to not be scummy if you improved. I don't know much about analytics but... it would be better to create more helpful content to advertise. I know you probably have a family to feed, but I bet (hope?) you can find other ways to make money. Please, and thank you, totally not a young person on the internet."

all i knwo is that i'm constantly getting gay quizzes and... suggestive, mostly gay ads

same, the gay ads are making me question myself when i already know whether or not i'm gay if that makes sense (there's also gacha life gay quizzes that i clicked on out of curiosity and it's a messed up quiz that's stupid)

google also thinks i want hot single women over 50 in my area, im not even 18

ok ok but the gay ads- me being my bored self i clicked on one because why not (Im panromantic asexual and transgender so my only reason of taking it was that im bored) i think its odd how it bases your sexuality off of what you wear and how you act. I dont know it was just on my mind

the quizzes always base it off of something like how you act or dress or what characters you like (a very uneducated person made this as you can tell)

The quizzes always say that I'm pan which is very wrong

At the same time, if you were to create a quiz that is more vaguely like "do you like guys, gals, both, or other" wouldn't feel fair too. Like, people keep telling me that I'm actually pan because I'd like someone who's an enby or trans or whatever, when in reality being bi doesn't mean i strictly like men or women. so yeah.
