The eye is to hide whenever drawing, so you dont get confused from the other layer(s) you mention somebody by @ <-- then their name so @example123. you dont have to uppercase the letters, just make sure if its spelt with numbers, then spell it with numbers. Tween bot is used to make the object move without having to manually move it.

you can spell it like this- @ chesterishere or @ ChesterIsHere doesnt matter. as long as it touches and no typos
