you don’t have to do it right now but if you don’t mind, could any of you guys chat with a customer support agent on sky? i just need someone to tell them that i’ve lost my sky acc, include my ticket number (#616032), your sky id and what you have named me on sky, and also when you’re done could you tell me your ticket number?

i dont know how to do any of that but ill google how

when i go to account it says 'self recovery support coming soon' where do i find my ticket number tho

when you click ‘contact us’ it’ll let you talk to a bot at first i think, then a customer support agent :))

also im pretty sure when you text them, they’ll give you your ticket number

@ash_ when i chat to them they gave me a list of options, ill list the ones that match the problem

"if your already logged in, try visiting the account menu to see if you just need to restore your progress. there should be an option to abandon the new account and replace it with the original"

if this doesnt work ill talk to them again :)

i don’t know where the option to replace my acc is though, all that shows up are things you can link your acc to, info, and sign out? and when i sign out and click sign in with local acc, nothing happens

When I talk to them it only gives me an option to talk about *my account* I’ll mess with it some more and keep you updated

okay! maybe ask to talk to customer support, cause im pretty sure it makes you talk to a bot at first. dunno if that’ll work though
