hi there, hello. imagine waking up at 5am and deciding screw it, i have nothing else to do, i'll sit in my bed for 2 hours.

I don't want to get into politics... I'm Bri'ish.

I keep waking up at 6-7 (or 9) am instead of the usual 10-11 am. I just get up and use my phone or computer at that point because trying to go back to sleep won't work. My back will start to hurt, I'll get sweaty, I'll get jittery, etc. :(
