our first amendment: freedom of religion and freedom of speech- so that would mean that it is a violation of freedom of religion and freedom of speech to talk about your religion/god.

depends on which aspects you teach. the bible and other bibles are a part of history, that doesnt mean that teachers are to force kids to be religious though. but the historic parts like parables and accounts make sense to teach

No- they say not to say anything religous in school is what i meant, i worded it all wrong.
