Back in my primary school the principal would complain that there were wet toilet paper stuck on the ceiling.

Legit, the kids would grab a pile of toilet paper, go to the sink and damp it in cold water, and then play a game and hit the ceiling.

It was my brother. He wouldn't come clean.
