I just got a 10 hour ban from a game because I was suspected of cheating which I wasn’t (I was literally level 400) and the dude who reported me from several alt accounts wasn’t even touched. In this game, making multiple accounts is very high priority due to being able to easily exploit resources, while being SUSPECTED of cheating is kinda low (I read the TOS)

I’ve lost privileges in a game because I pressed the home button on my switch to check the time (I meant to hold the home button but it was a mistake) and was told that I was holding up the game and stuff

I’ve also left my switch alone while playing the game for ONE MINUTE to do get water and I was doing something with “malicious intent”

Nice one Nintendo.
