a 15 year old was beaten in his high school classroom for being gay, the attacker pushed him on the ground and continually punched him in the face. the victim has suffered a concussion, and other injuries. the attacker has only been suspended for THREE DAYS. my school has no policy that protects students getting attacked or bullied regarding sexual orientation or gender identity.

huh, just read into it more, and it says the principal found no evidence of this being a hate crime.
