hey, i tried the Julia method, first with no subliminal, and then with one. without one, i felt really tingly in the upper half of my body and my arms felt numb, and with a subliminal, i didn’t really feel any symptoms

what are the usual symptoms?

well there’s many symptoms, but some of the most usual symptoms are getting lightheaded, dizzy, extremely tired, parts of your body might go numb, feeling hot or cold, twitching eyes limbs or more, feeling as if you are floating, or seeing a white light. of course there are more but those are the most i can name.

Idk if thats a good thing or a bad thing- ahh- when i had the second dose I felt the parts of body go numb, and feeling extremely hot- like if in a cage.
