i tried the sunni method. i twitched a little bit, also i feel dizzy right now so i think im making progress! im surprised because it’s my first time too

also the sunni method is basically forcing your mind to think that you’re in your DR. i couldn’t focus that well thought because shady stepped on me and there was a lot of sounds upstairs
