You wonder, who put it there? if there are no people except villagers, then how come you dont see them making villages or all the things that are there. So maybe in reality, in their world, someone is behind a screen seeing you play and loads up chunks, spawns things, changes the weather, then that would explain why there are command blocks- Lol
