i was in the middle of drawing something and my mom calls me to the living room

i go there and she talks to me for 3 minutes about how we should i have a schedule everyday

she's like "Oh, so you go to sleep at 9 and then wake up at 7 and then you pray for 1 hour or something and then you do exercise with me for an hour then blah"

First of all, she knows beaver-dam well that i can't sleep that early because it has the opposite effect on me (like if i went to sleep at 8 i'll fall asleep at 12 and i don't get enough sleep). i haven't been sleeping well for the past week either and sleeping early doesn't help. I've been sleeping at the usual 10-12 and waking up at flipping 4-5 am and not being able to fall asleep until 2 hours later (and then sleeping for an hour).

secondly, there's no reason because its summer vacation and i don't care about doing whatever. she explains that i need to prepare to wake up early and have a schedule for when school starts but its not like i had one before and i was doing fine. (plus im not waking up at 7 am for nothing.)

ThiRdlY the schedule itself is not good. its basically waking up early and doing things i don't want to do at that time for 4 hours straight. FoR ExaMplE she wants to shower at 11 am but i personally like to take a shower at around 5-7 pm mainly because i feel more pressured to take a shower then.

lastly she (most likely) won't stick to the schedule in the first place. she might wake up and do everything on day 1 but just stop on day 2 because she forgets or she just doesn't want to do it... and then forgets...

I totally understand

When summer rolls around at our house we get slammed with double the amount of rules and a tight schedule for the day

We even have to plan on how to get around a certain event while still doing AT LEAST most of the schedule for that specific day (unless it’s a birthday then screw schedules)

Every day of the week is different and it alternates every other other week (not typo)
