i was wondering if duolingo actually... dangerous.

like will it send you threatening messages if you miss a lesson?

because i wanted my mom to learn English, and then realized that I could have made a mistake-

its mainly a [not-known language] so i don't think it'll show up if you google it lel, but i guess french. she knows English too, but it's not very good so i asked her to download duolingo :D
