how to fix iready:

lessons - remove the characters. they ruin the lessons. make it all the Late Level F - Mid Level G lessons with word problems, story problems, and no characters.

tests: make them 8 - 10 question quizzes, with a score above 60% passing.

learning/reward games - add ela learning games and more reward games.
