problem is, not many people give them out!

if you think the shirt someone is wearing is cool, let them know! if you think that someone's hairstyle is pretty neat, tell them! it's a good way to build up a friendship, and you can't go wrong with a simple, 'hey, your shirt is nice!'

there was this stupid code thing where if someone thinks they see someone from the i n t e r n e t irl, they would go up to them and be like, 'i like ur shoes,' and if you think you knew them from the i n t e r n e t, you'd have to reply with, 'thanks, i stole them from the president,'
