I had the best adventure on the same netherite world, we found a WoodLand Mansion, Raided it, found a Diamond Chestplate, (The one that I turned into Netherite One.), then on the way back, we literally found The Pink Sheep, on an Island, and CAREFULLY, bought it back to our base, (And some Tokens Of Undying saved us too.).

I know, never in the 8 years of playing Minecraft, I've had such a lucky encounter.

And were you on hardcore as well?

I thought it was a pig at first, we were both like, 1 heart, and out of hunger, with TOU, so it was kinda ok.

I saw 3 or 5 traveling traders out my window and not a single one had something good the best was sea pickels and the best I have seen is a villager that would some emralds for a encanteted iron sword (this is all in minecraft)
