The Animator

a ballroom remains lit.

The memories you thought you lost are still dancing.

The scene almost touches you... For the first time in your life... You can remember everyone's face... As you walk down to join them in dance.

But then you wake up in complete darkness, with nothing but an old record player and a single song. As you play the record, a man without a face appears in an old tie and suit. He starts singing along with the song, and you try to join in too, even though you dont know the words. As the music fades, you grab his hand and you both start walking in a random direction. You try to figure out how you got there, and where you are. You shrug it off as you skip into the distance with the strange man, music playing over and over again.
