so my sister has a yellow fronted amazon who she was really close with, but with sschool we couldnt really have him around since hes social and gets upset without her. so she was upset about it but we had to give it to some "distant" family (theyre not to distant were just not close) to take care of him until shes out of college which will be a while. well without telling us we just found out today they gave him to a sanctuary and didnt tell us. we dont know if we should tell her, because if someone adopts him we cant just take him back

im mostly sad for her and im kind of angry at them.

they did give him to a sanctuary but that doesnt assure us we can just snatch him back in a few years

i dont know. we dont have room for him so its either just hope he doesnt get adopted or hope he doesnt get adopted

we cant. we have dogs and we live in a community. if hes too loud wed have to get rid of him

no room. our house isnt that big and my dad works late with little to no sleep. he was originally in her room but things just didnt work out

also like i said he would get lonely leading to more squaking so it was just a cycle
