calm bala down and trick her into going on your lap... then after a few minutes grab her and run inside

or u could get treats @FartSpirit

use something to lure her inside

(dont use catnip though)

I've tried everything

Treats, catnip, and I don't have enough energy to chase her.

She just isn't coming so I put her bed outside
