Basically I wanted my hair shorter and my dad said N O so I said “okay since April 1st is the end of the quarter ans I finsih atleast 13+ assignments can i get my hair cUTTED and dyed and I’m waiting for an answer” (btw I have to finish 26 of em and 13+13 = 26 so it’s half)
