my cat hasn't been eating recently and I'm worried she might have some sort of cat cancer or something

she also went out and hasn't come bacl

also my voice doesn't travel when it comes to calling or shouting

idk i am not good with cats

shakr a bag of cat food or bring the bowl out and shake that too ig ?
